How this Unique, Optional Service Works

• First, we’ll have our initial phone call or email
• You send one or two images of your home or commercial space. We will discuss the best types of views to use.
• We will select one view to start with
• I will design two distinctive, 3-color palettes for the exterior
• Typically the basic 3-color palette will be applied to Body, Trim, and Accents (doors or similar)
• I send you those images in .jpg or .pdf format
• You will see the new color ideas right on the image you have sent in, as if it has already been painted with new colors.

These color schemes can be expanded or otherwise modified, as an option. We can work with as many images as you want to see, for various viewpoints.

Fees
Rates start at $475, and even in many cases some architectural detail is included.

No two clients–or their homes–are alike
Our actual fee for your project will vary depending on the number of views you want to see and images you want us to use.
For example, a ranch-style home is typically less complex than a “Queen Anne Victorian” or other elaborate style building.

These are some factors that affect the cost 

• Digital “repairs” that you ask us to do
• The number of colors we’ll use
• The amount of architectural detail on your home
• The number of changes you request
• Interiors: the number of rooms and colors needed

Communication is important
After we complete the first group, we will discuss any variations or additions you would like to see done.
