I designed this questionnaire to help you think through every part of your home, from exterior to interior.
Take your time — do what feels right and come back whenever you have more to add. You may be surprised by how many elements play a role in choosing color. When you're ready to work together, this information gives us a great starting point.

The Process...
- Complete and submit your Color Profile — do as much as you'd like for now, you can always add more.
- I'll respond by email to review your needs and determine your fee based on the consultation type.
- Submit your payment to get started.
- I'll send you tips for taking the best photos of your spaces.
- You send your photos, and we'll do a video walk-around via FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- I'll review and share my initial color selections with you.
- We discuss, refine, and I create your digital color views — so you see the new colors applied to your home before buying a single can of paint.
- We do a final review and make any last adjustments.
A typical consultation includes 2 color schemes with one revision. Additional changes or extra views can be added as needed — one digital view is included, and additional views are $140 each.
Note: Photo quality matters. Use your camera's highest quality setting, capture as much of the space as possible, and focus on key architectural details. I'll review your photos and provide feedback before we finalize anything. Exterior - Basic
Any size home can be "basic" for color design pricing purposes. Cottage, Ranch, Colonial, Modern, or Traditional — it's not about the building size, it's about detail. Small or large, your home is a personal expression, and we'll help you find your own Best Colors, even on a home without a lot of architectural detail.
Includes 2 color design palettes, with color design for:
- Walls
- Doors
- Garage door
- Trim overall — windows, doors, garage
- Roofline trim, if needed
- 1 accent trim, if requested
Fee starts at $325.
Includes our proprietary digital process, using one photo you select — that's part of our discussion.
Add new color view changes on the same image: $90 each
Exterior - Complex
From Victorian to Contemporary—from gargoyles to concrete—the existing architectural elements of your home can add unique artistic emphasis to your home.
We can actually define up to 50 totally different elements on your house, so it's a great way to be creative.
Naturally we won't do each element in a different color, just because it's possible! But we do want to allow you to see your home in all it's glory of potential, recommended variations.

Interior - single room
Includes these color recommendations
- Walls - all the same color
- Trim: windows, doors
- Other features like fireplace surrounds and mantles
- Crown and baseboard trims
- Ceiling
Fee starts at $225 per room.
Interior - complex
More than one room, or a room plus an adjacent space like a hallway. All room types are included.
Includes color recommendations for 2 or more connected spaces:
- Walls — same color throughout, or different colors per space, depending on what works best
- Trim: windows, doors
- Other features, like fireplace surrounds and mantles
- Crown and baseboard trim
- Ceiling
Fee starts at $225 for the first room, $175 for each additional space.
Optional Add-ons will apply, per your selections.
Interior - add ons for single or complex
- Accent Wall or one other Additional Color
- Floor color
